Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Leading execution on third‑party promotional programs including acquisition and dissemination of confidential assets needed to develop successful programs. Integral part of approvals process/asset management.

Responsibilities

Act as day‑to‑day lead contact for promotional partners during program execution and manage project timelines.

Acquire and disseminate approved assets to domestic partners for use (trailers, one‑sheets/stills, synopses, etc.). May include confidential, unreleased and watermarked materials.

Route creative through internal departments (legal, creative, etc.) and route creative assets and programs to talent for their approval.

Ensure collaboration across all internal departments and leverage partnerships as needed.

Assist with filmmaker vetting and presentations.

Assist with managing budgets on assigned films alongside the team.

Develop and maintain numerous databases, including files, promotional contact lists and promotional archives.

Attend weekly internal task force and film‑related meetings to ensure integration of campaigns.

Reporting To

Vice President, Global Brand Partnerships

Qualifications

10+ years of previous Brand Partnerships and partner execution experience.

Project Management and/or Event Management Experience.

BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or Liberal Arts preferred.

Typing at 50 wpm.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint.

Familiar with or willing to learn Photoshop and eRooms.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Fortune 500 and packaged goods companies preferred.

Knowledge of file set‑up, maintenance, filing procedures, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English usage, and report & letter formats.

Must pay close attention to detail, maintain confidentiality and problem‑solve within scope.

Effective communication with all levels of personnel, in person and on the telephone.

Follow written and oral instructions.

Collaborative team player.

Excellent organizational and follow‑through skills, able to schedule work effectively.

Work well under time constraints and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Work independently, have initiative, and be a self‑starter.

Work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.

Salary Range $145,000.00 - $180,000.00

Benefits A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
