This role provides specialized and personalized service, offering advice and guidance across the full spectrum of borrowing and banking. You will acquire new relationships and deepen existing ones by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals. You are expected to balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Recommend financial advice and guidance that aligns with client financial goals and needs.
Build and deepen relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank.
Analyze client financial needs and apply knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services that best align with the client’s unique priorities.
Connect with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conduct consistent follow‑up routines to meet client needs.
Make decisions on client requests and refer to appropriate internal partners based on client needs.
Partner with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to associates during meetings, assisting with team delivery of an exceptional client experience.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience and proven success with business‑to‑business sales or small business banking.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.
Effective customer service skills with the ability to manage the full client end‑to‑end experience and problem resolution.
A proven sales track record.
Capability to build productive partnerships and working relationships.
Experience with outbound phone sales.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
Experience with in‑person customer service and sales.
Experience working with small business clients.
Experience meeting or exceeding goals.
A working knowledge of small business products and services.
Bilingual in Georgian.
