What You Will Achieve Organogenesis is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager in our Marketing department. In this role, you will proactively understand insights related to the customer, market dynamics, and key unmet needs for select brands within the Organogenesis wound care portfolio while leading a team. These insights will be leveraged to develop and implement strategic marketing plans and tactics that support the brand(s) through the product life cycle. The Sr. Product Manager will use strong strategic marketing skills combined with analytical experience and a proven history of effective downstream marketing campaigns to drive brand adoption within a growing segment of the Organogenesis wound care portfolio. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and is a remote position.

How You Will Achieve It

Execute on the portfolio strategy and marketing plans to achieve business goals; recommend direction and product positioning for assigned products.

Lead teams and work cross‑functionally.

Research and understand the marketplace.

Lead full‑cycle marketing strategies (mostly downstream).

Develop new products and launch them into the market place.

Apply extensive digital marketing experience.

Create marketing mix and go‑to‑market strategies that build a competitive advantage in collaboration with customer marketing.

Support worldwide business growth with clearly defined goals, objectives, critical success factors, timelines, budgets, and action items.

Provide support to global sales organizations, including KOL and customer visits.

What You Need to Achieve It

5+ years in a Product Manager role in the healthcare industry.

Experience “owning” a product.

Preferred wound care experience.

Product Management certificate preferred.

Direct patient/consumer experience preferred.

Good strong communication skills in English required, adept with communication at all levels.

Strong analytical skills required; synthesize and integrate customer insights, draw conclusions, translate information into comprehensive portfolio strategies and business recommendations.

Demonstrated success in collaboration within multi‑national and cross‑functional matrix environment.

Desire to push operations to consistently be better while acknowledging and sharing team achievements.

Self‑motivated with good organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Present high‑level information for multiple audiences, including scientists, executives, and laymen.

Excellent strategic thinker with solid written and verbal communication skills.

Up to 40% travel.
