Key Responsibilities
Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operations
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trade crews on-site
Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to schedules
Help enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and workmanship standards
Verify work aligns with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Assist with site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment coordination
Identify and report issues, delays, or safety concerns to the Superintendent
Support punch list creation and closeout activities
Maintain daily logs, reports, and site documentation
Assist with inspections by clients, inspectors, and governing authorities
