Responsibilities
Lead a team to configure and implement SAP OTC (SD) modules for discrete manufacturing environments.
Design and execute end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash processes in SAP S/4HANA, including fit‑gap analysis, functional design, and integration with MM, PP, FI.
Perform hands‑on configuration, create functional design documents, and monitor troubleshooting across SD modules.
Collaborate with solution architects, development, integration, conversion, and deployment teams to ensure quality delivery.
Ensure data integrity, assist with master data conversion activities, and support data design for Business Partner, Material Master Sales Views, or Sales Documents.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of SAP OTC configuration and implementation experience, with at least three of: Order Management, EDI, Pricing, Supply Chain Integration, Quotations, Condition Contract Management, Invoicing, FI Integration.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), or Associate’s degree with ≥6 years of experience.
Bonus Points If
Experience with Fiori (standard/custom) in S/4HANA.
Strong knowledge of Quotation, Order Management, and order fulfillment.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA core business processes and integration methods (IDOC, API, XML).
Proven troubleshooting and technical issue resolution skills.
Compensation Annual salary ranges vary by location and role level. For this role, compensation is commensurate with experience and location.
Location Nashville, TN and Houston, TX (hybrid). 3 days per week in office.
