with a strong financial foundation, managing

over $2.5 billion in assets

and $800 million in equity.

The company focuses on building and managing residential projects across Texas, blending the efficiency of large-scale production with the uncompromising quality of custom home building. The U.S. division is growing rapidly and offers high executive visibility.

We are seeking a

VP of Construction

to be the top operational leader responsible for defining the strategy, systems, and execution for all single-family projects in the Houston market. The role will be tasked with solving a unique construction challenge: delivering high-volume projects while strictly adhering to luxury, custom‑home quality standards.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a strategic leader who is equally comfortable in the field and the boardroom, driving a high‑accountability, "no delays" culture.

Strategy & Process Engineering

Scale Operations:

Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable construction management standards and processes to support aggressive growth in project volume.

Technology Leadership:

Serve as the executive champion for the firm's construction management platform (i.e., Procore), ensuring disciplined usage for scheduling, quality control, and data‑driven reporting.

Cost Control:

Establish annual budgets, cost‑tracking methodologies, and financial controls in collaboration with executive leadership to maximize project profitability.

Execution & Quality Ownership

Schedule Enforcement:

Own the execution of the master schedule, preemptively mitigating critical‑path risks to ensure all high‑end custom‑spec homes are delivered on time.

Quality Assurance:

Institute and enforce rigorous quality control checkpoints, ensuring craftsmanship and materials consistently meet luxury residential standards.

Vendor Management:

Oversee strategic subcontractor and vendor relationships, leading contract negotiations to secure best‑in‑class performance, pricing, and reliability for large‑scale operations.

Instill a culture of urgency, accountability, and proactive problem‑solving across all construction sites.

Provide timely and transparent executive reporting to the CEO and corporate stakeholders (U.S. and international HQ).

Required Qualifications

10–20 years

of progressive experience in construction management, with a minimum of

5 years

focusing on high-volume residential or single-family development in Texas.

Proven record in a senior leadership role (VP or Director‑level) managing multi‑million‑dollar project portfolios.

Demonstrated ability to implement scalable construction systems that balance efficiency (Production Builder discipline) with superior quality (Custom Builder standards).

Deep expertise in construction software (e.g., Procore).

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

You will thrive in this role if you want to make an impact and have ownership of a growing, entrepreneurial company and will bring all the best‑in‑class systems from previous experience.

Highly competitive base salary, bonus structure, and executive benefits.
