Area Sales Manager
to drive revenue, expand market presence, and build strong partnerships with aesthetic and surgical practices across a multi-state territory.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing new business and maximising existing customer relationships
Build strong, long-term partnerships with aesthetic clinics, surgical practices, key opinion leaders, and prospects
Conduct in-office meetings, product demonstrations, and educational sessions to showcase clinical and commercial value
Provide ongoing customer support, including case management and territory-specific coordination
Maintain a structured territory plan and organise a weekly sales calendar
Track and report sales performance, activity metrics, and key KPIs
Monitor competitive products and deliver market insights to leadership
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer needs and strategic initiatives
Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, events, and workshops
Manage travel and expenses in line with company guidelines
Complete required training and ensure full compliance with organisational standards
Qualifications
2–3 years of B2B sales experience; experience in medical aesthetics, medical devices, or capital equipment is highly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to independently manage a large, multi-state territory
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to support strategic decision-making
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
