Job Summary
Candidates must be based in Texas with established connections in the defense or insurance legal community. Dane Street is looking for highly motivated sales leaders to join as our Sales Director. The role is central to our relationships with clients, technical teams, and operations, driving revenue by generating new accounts and expanding existing ones. A strong relationship‑building mindset and excitement around our market growth targets are essential for success.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and secure new business with Texas‑based defense attorneys and law firms
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through consultative selling and excellent follow‑up
Educate clients on the purpose and value of Counter Affidavits in litigation cost control
Collaborate with operations and medical experts to ensure seamless client service delivery
Attend industry conferences, CLE events, and networking functions to promote brand awareness
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular activity and pipeline reports
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Travel within Texas as needed
Special Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
Business development mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Closing skills, sales planning, prospecting skills, strong follow‑up
Ability to meet sales goals
Requirements
Education: 4‑year college degree (BA/BS) preferred; relevant industry experience accepted in place of degree
Proven success in legal services, medical review, or expert witness sales
Strong understanding of injury litigation and the role of medical billing disputes
