What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and site staff, setting the tone for productivity and collaboration.
Maintain and enforce site safety and quality standards.
Coordinate daily site activities, manage subcontractor schedules, and remove obstacles.
Maintain strong working relationships with inspectors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate site‑level risk before it impacts schedule or budget.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, safety meetings, and inspection logs.
What You Bring
10+ total years of experience.
Experience leading ground‑up construction projects.
A strong reputation and working relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
A hands‑on approach to site supervision and problem‑solving.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities – you set the standard.
Commitment to site safety and quality craftsmanship.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
