Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel customer marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on email
Drive customer adoption, expansion, and retention through targeted programs
Manage and execute customer field events in partnership with Sales
Coordinate cross-functionally on messaging, creative, landing pages, and lead flows
Analyze and optimize campaign performance using Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation tools
Manage lead routing, attribution, and campaign data accuracy
Support budgeting, goal setting, and ROI measurement
Requirements
5–7 years of marketing campaign experience
Proven email marketing and campaign operations experience
1–2 years of experience (or exposure) to field marketing/events
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to commute to San Jose, CA
