Position Overview The firm is actively seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent client communication abilities, and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle personal injury cases from inception through settlement or trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Develop case strategies and maintain proactive communication with clients.
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD)
from an accredited law school and active CT Bar license.
Minimum
3+ years of personal injury litigation experience .
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania civil procedure and personal injury law.
Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
