Role
MFG Automotive Supply Chain Consultant – requiring at least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements and manage domain consulting teams and Business Analysts for technology transformation programs.
Co‑own sales initiatives and marketing efforts, supporting bid management and proposal creation.
Conceptualize and co‑build offerings and solutions with technical teams based on market needs.
Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and alignment across projects.
Coordinate business subject‑matter experts in all project phases and maintain CXO‑level engagement when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with at least one industry segment: Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing or CPG.
Global exposure, especially stints in the United States or Europe.
Background in IT or Consulting/Advisory firms; certifications such as IIBA, APICS, SCOR, TOGAF, PMP or equivalent highly desirable.
Expertise in at least one or two functional areas such as Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Logistics & Distribution, Customer Relationship, Sales, Channel Management or Aftermarket & Service.
Published articles or invited speakerships in industry forums.
Functional Domain Skills
Vehicle order planning and production scheduling
Vehicle logistics and distribution center management
Supplier visibility and dynamic order management
Warehouse management
Experience with SCM packages such as SAP Ariba, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Oracle, etc.
Hands‑on experience with business requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA)
