Kubernetes / Site Reliability Engineer – Hybrid (Dallas, TX)

The Role As a Kubernetes / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you’ll be at the heart of designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
You’ll work hands‑on with EKS, AKS, Helm, and GitOps, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for containerized workloads.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and scale Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS and Azure AKS
Develop and maintain Helm Charts for deployment automation
Implement GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines
Manage Deployments, StatefulSets, ConfigMaps, Secrets, RBAC, and Network Policies
Troubleshoot and optimize Linux-based container environments (Docker, Podman)
Manage TLS/SSL for secure communication across distributed systems
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to streamline deployment and reliability
Required Skills
5+ years’ experience in Linux systems and containerization (Docker, Podman)
Proven experience building and managing Helm Charts
Solid knowledge of GitOps, CI/CD, and cloud security best practices
Passion for automation, scalability, and building elegant cloud solutions
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
Cluster-API and Crossplane experience
Hybrid setup – 3 days per week on‑site in Dallas
