From Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants, we are seeking a personable, service‑driven
Hotel Manager
to lead a charming, upscale 50‑room waterfront hotel in the heart of Kennebunkport, Maine. This role requires strong operational expertise, excellent people skills, and a solid understanding of revenue management and reservation systems.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Resort Manager or Hotel Manager in a boutique property.
Strong background in revenue management, reservations, and event operations.
Personable, approachable, and guest‑centric demeanor.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
Oversee all day‑to‑day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
Foster a welcoming, team‑oriented culture focused on personalized guest service.
Implement effective strategies for maximizing room revenue, ADR, and occupancy.
Work closely with the reservations and sales teams to optimize inventory and manage booking trends.
Oversee planning and execution of weddings, private functions, and corporate events.
Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial goals are met.
Prepare regular reports on performance, forecasting, and key metrics.
Salary: $100,000 USD annually, negotiable, with performance incentives and benefits.
