About the role As an Outbound Sales Director, you will drive new business growth by prospecting, engaging, and acquiring clients for our Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. You will focus on selling Adobe solutions such as Experience Manager Sites & Assets, Target, Analytics, Real‑Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics. Your responsibilities include presenting products, understanding customer needs, and closing deals. A technical‑functional background in Adobe product services and a strong grasp of AI‑related features are required.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new potential customers

Initiate sales outreach via phone, email, and other channels to create interest in Adobe solutions

Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations for Adobe Experience Cloud products

Manage the complete sales cycle including pricing proposals, negotiation, and deal closure

Maintain accurate opportunity and pipeline records within the CRM

Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to support a seamless sales process

Minimum Requirements

Proven track record in outbound sales within SaaS

Experience managing full SaaS sales cycles and closing enterprise‑level deals

Technical‑functional familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions

Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Up to 20% travel

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling Adobe AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Target, Analytics, or Real‑Time CDP

Background selling digital experience or martech platforms

Understanding of AI‑enabled features within Adobe Experience Cloud

Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise accounts
