Remote Real Estate Transactional Attorney - Remote Flexibility / Lucrative Comp Package! Base Pay: $140,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr

We are a California‑based law firm with over a century of excellence and we are seeking a talented Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role focuses on representing cities, counties, special districts, and public agencies in complex property transactions, development projects, and public‑sector real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional work and a passion for supporting community development through creative legal solutions.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of real estate and development agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, ground leases, easements, amendments, reciprocal access agreements, and property management contracts.

Advise public and private clients on land use, zoning, common interest developments, affordable housing, housing trust funds, and related issues.

Counsel clients on compliance with the Subdivision Map Act, Surplus Land Act, CEQA/NEPA, and other California housing and environmental laws.
