Co-Founder of Lead Advisor - Redefining Wealth Management Team Building Lead Advisor, LLC is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for a client firm in Boston.
Our client provides financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of ultra‑high net worth clients, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments and is one of the largest RIAs in the country.
In this role you will have direct client contact, playing a critical role impacting the financial success of the firm's sophisticated clients. You will build deep relationships across the financial industry while orchestrating a seamless client experience. Your expertise will be vital in managing the complex and sensitive onboarding of new client relationships, proactively mitigating fraud risk, executing critical trades, and optimizing liquidity.
YOU WILL
Leverage your interpersonal skills to contribute to a successful and growing business
Act as key point of contact for ultra‑high net worth clients while working closely with firm advisors and teammates to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Introduce clients to the firm's offerings including client reporting, digital capabilities and banking services
Oversee asset movements, portfolio implementations and leverage your understanding of estate planning and tax concepts
Execute, process and reconcile trading and other investment related transactions
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Required
Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
Self‑motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet highly collaborative environment
Meticulous attention to detail is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and think clearly under pressure
Strong interest in client service
1-3 years experience in client service and/or the financial industry is preferred.
Employees are required to be fully licensed investment advisors with an active Series 65; or
SIE, Series 7 and 63; or an active Professional Designation: Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC) or Personal Financial Specialist (PFS).
