This position focuses on improving the billing platform, ensuring seamless integration with business needs, and driving operational efficiency.---#### **What You’ll Do*** Own the end-to-end design, configuration, and testing of Guidewire BillingCenter.* Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications.* Lead change management efforts, including training and production readiness.* Support system analysis, user acceptance testing, and post-launch activities.* Perform data analysis using SQL and manage Agile workflows through JIRA and Confluence.---#### **What We’re Looking For*** **Experience:** 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years working on BillingCenter.* **Industry Knowledge:** Strong P&C insurance background; Non-Standard Auto experience is a plus.* **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with SDLC, workflow documentation, and configuration testing.* **Tools:** Proficient in JIRA and Confluence; exposure to ServiceNow and AWS is advantageous.* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.*Please note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position* #J-18808-Ljbffr
