R-100586**Job Description:****Associate General Counsel****Job Summary:**As the Associate General Counsel, we are looking for a senior lawyer that has significant commercial contracting experience with drafting and negotiating both procurement contracts and supply agreements, including Master Service Agreements and Volume Contract Commitments.**Key Job Responsibilities:*** Draft and negotiate supply agreements and procurement contracts* Plan and implement internal policies and procedures* Collaborate closely with sales and procurement* Lead a team of 3 contracting professionals, including lawyers* Position may require some evening and weekend hours* Location is in Chandler, AZ**Qualifications:*** JD and bar admission in good standing* 8+ years of legal experience* Strong moral and ethical principles**Preferred qualifications:*** Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations within a fast paced, public company environment* Experience in both law firm and in-house corporate legal environment* Experience and familiarity with renewable energy contracts and the Inflation Reduction Act and its requirements* Excellent judgment and analytical skills* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills* Ability to develop legal strategies and objectives* Creative problem-solving ability#LI-JS1At Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
