Pashman Stein Walder Hayden P.C. is seeking a full-time, in-person IT Lead, to be based out of the firm’s Hackensack, NJ office.
Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and MS Office Suite (2016+)
Strong customer service, analytical, and presentation skills
Effective communication, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight deadlines
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Law firm experience preferred
High ethical standards and confidentiality
Responsibilities
Serve as primary liaison between the firm and third-party IT support
Ensure deployment and maintenance of office technology (computers, printers, scanners, phones)
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripherals
Track and resolve issues
Install and configure equipment per firm guidelines
Maintain conference room AV and video conferencing systems
Assist with office moves, remote events and office support as needed
Address wireless connectivity issues for internal and external users
Coordinate repairs with vendors
Perform other duties as assigned
401(k) match up to 2.5% after 6 months of employment
