Define and monitor key quality metrics (yield, DPPM, RMA/field failure rates, escapes, customer complaints) and drive continuous improvement using Lean / Six Sigma methods.

Ensure robust NPI quality deliverables, including DFMEA/PFMEA, control plans, inspection/test plans, and release criteria.

Serve as the executive escalation point for customer quality issues and RMAs, providing timely communication and clear FA / corrective action reports.

Hands‑on experience with quality tools and methodologies: SPC, 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, control plans, capability analysis, and reliability standards.

Proven track record building or scaling QMS and driving measurable improvements in yield, DPPM, and field performance.

Experience working with global suppliers, foundries, OSATs, and CMs and managing technical and commercial quality escalations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with executives, customers, and technical teams.

Experience in data center, networking, AI, or other high-reliability markets with ISO 9001 quality management experience (preferred)
