Executive Director — Food Outreach and Social Enterprise
The Mission of Catholic Charities is to bring the healing, help and hope of Jesus Christ to those in need with a compassionate, caring presence. The Executive Director role oversees food outreach operations, develops mission‑aligned social enterprises, and launches St. Louis Shares, a voucher‑based giving program. The Executive Director also directs the relaunch and management of the Sacred Grounds Coffee Shop at SSM St. Louis University Hospital and collaborates with the Chaplain and food outreach leadership to design a unified regional warehousing and distribution system rooted in Catholic hospitality and parish engagement. Direct nutrition programs and distribution networks across 11 counties. Design warehousing, logistics, and parish-based hubs. Architect and launch a cashless voucher program for food and essential services. Establish parish and corporate distribution networks with digital safeguards. Lead branding and rollout of St. Louis Shares Program. Oversee relaunch and operations of Sacred Grounds Coffee Shop at SSM St. Louis University Hospital. Minimum of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree; 7+ years of leadership in sales, nonprofit management, or social enterprise; Demonstrated success launching and scaling programs or enterprises.
