As an Implementation Project Manager, you’ll play a mission-critical role in both technical pre-sales and post-sales execution. You'll guide new customers through their journey — from sales demos to onboarding, implementation, and long-term success. You’ll become an expert in a complex B2B SaaS product and serve as the go-to liaison between customers, engineering, and leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Leading customer onboarding and implementation processes from start to finish

Delivering technical product demos and supporting the sales team during the pre-sales process

Managing multiple simultaneous client implementations (30+ at a time) with a high degree of organization and process rigor

Collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve onboarding tools and processes

Building deep, long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for expansion

Representing customer feedback and insights internally to shape future roadmap and product direction

Ideal Candidate Background

3–8 years of total work experience, with at least 2+ years in a software company — ideally a fast-growing startup or an environment that signals strong execution (e.g. consulting, banking)

1+ year of customer-facing experience with a strong focus on improving internal or client-facing processes

Proven ability to manage complex B2B SaaS implementations at scale

Strong project management and organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be interfacing with executives, engineers, and customers daily

Preferred

Experience in the construction tech ecosystem or with clients in the construction industry

Familiarity with accounting workflows or financial systems

Prior experience working closely with product and engineering teams to refine onboarding and implementation processes

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range: $110,000 to $165,000

Equity: 0.01% – 0.10%

Visa sponsorship available (H-1B, TN, etc.) for qualified candidates
