Director, Local Channel Partner Management – Amazon Advertising

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of partner managers focused on local channel partner success and growth
  • Own and deliver a long‑term vision for the local channel partner program
  • Define partnership strategy and objectives for the local channel partner ecosystem
  • Drive the partner management process and play a hands‑on role in managing strategic local channel partnerships
  • Create and implement partner enablement programs and tools that increase performance of local channel partners
  • Develop scalable solutions to support local channel partners in selling Amazon Advertising productsWork closely with the Business Development team to identify and onboard new local channel partners
  • Engage with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure our product offerings and support systems meet local channel partner needs
  • Drive revenue growth through local channel partners while maintaining high partner satisfaction
  • Develop and manage senior‑level relationships across Amazon Advertising and key channel partners
  • Create standardized processes and best practices for local channel partner management

Basic Qualifications

  • 12+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines
  • Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
  • Experience building new customer relationships
  • Experience building and leading C‑Suite customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
