A corrections facility is seeking a Family Medicine DNP for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Burkeville, Virginia.

This role has a two-week credentialing timeframe and follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The position is for an autonomous nurse practitioner only, with no call responsibilities and an average daily volume of 18-20 adult patients. Candidates must hold a Virginia license and DEA. Support staff includes RNs and LPNs, and while charting is paper-based, Sapphire is used for prescribing.
