Details/Requirements of Assignment:
NBCRNA & Florida license required
Guaranteed 8 hour shift. No call, no weekends
Case Mix includes ortho, pain, ENT, podiatry
CRNA only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. 2 CRNAs daily and 2-3 surgeons on Thursday and Friday.
Ability to do blocks preferred but not required
