Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts, but open to 12-hour, 16-hour, or 24-hour shifts
  • Later shifts (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts are available
  • 40-hour guarantee is an option

Clinical Details:

• No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases
• Limited pediatric cases, mostly standard procedures
• 15-20 cases per site
• Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia
• CRNAs responsible for their own arterial line placements
• Float between 2 sites

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Active MI license
• Clean background
• ACLS & BLS through AHA
• PALS
• Clean background
• Full time providers preferred
• Current flu vaccine or medical exemption
• Local providers highly preferred
