Locums Interventional Radiologist Opportunity - Detroit, MI Position Overview

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Procedural Scope Vascular & Non-Vascular IR Procedures:
  • Embolizations (trauma, GI bleeds)
  • Angiograms
  • Thrombolysis
  • IVC filter placements/removals
Emergency IR Procedures (Urgent/Emergent):
  • Trauma embolization (splenic, hepatic, pelvic)
  • Nephrostomies
  • Cholecystostomies
  • Abscess drainages
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Must read diagnostic cases
  • Work alongside PA and resident
  • Admissions required
  • Assigned & unassigned rounding patients
Licensure & Certifications
  • Medical License:
  • Active, unrestricted Michigan license - REQUIRED
  • Board Certification:
  • ABR - REQUIRED
  • DEA:
  • Active DEA license - REQUIRED
  • Certifications Required:
  • BLS
  • ABR Additional Notes
