Licensure & Certifications
  • Medical License:
    • Active Michigan license - REQUIRED
  • Board Certification:
    • Neuroradiology - REQUIRED
  • Fellowship:
    • Neuroradiology fellowship - REQUIRED
  • BLS:
    • Required
    • Not required if working remotely
Technical & Compliance Requirements
  • Hospital privileges
  • Compliance documentation with NPI number
  • Proficiency with PowerScribe
