Oliver Wyman’s Private Equity team in North America is looking to hire consultants to support its rapid growth. The team works with private equity investors throughout the deal transaction lifecycle: from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value realization. The Role And Responsibilities
We are not typical ‘management’ consultants. We provide industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise to shape the future for our clients. We seek experienced professionals interested in focusing on industries such as FinTech, Aerospace & Defense, and Education, serving private equity clients.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Professional experience or exposure to commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm.
- Experience working within or across industries in Private Equity.
- Knowledge of customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
- A strong background in strategic problem solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Fluency in English.
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
- Proactive attitude, seeking opportunities to learn and apply skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative solutions.
- Aptitude for analytical work, such as analyzing large data sets and identifying key issues.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with talented teams.
