To us, packaging is much more than a box—it’s delivering what’s right for our customers, their customers, our people, and the planet.**Responsibilities*** Develop and execute a holistic Total Rewards strategy that supports our business and talent goals, including salary frameworks, incentive plans, market benchmarking, and equity programs.* Conduct ongoing market analysis to keep our compensation and benefits packages competitive across North America and Europe.* Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit cycles, promotions, and budgeting.* Design and manage salary structures, bonus and incentive plans, and (in the future) equity programs.* Oversee the administration and communication of employee benefits (health, wellness, retirement, leave, etc.).* Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure rewards programs meet the needs of our diverse, global workforce.* Maintain and manage the Total Rewards budget, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.* Monitor industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits, making recommendations for continuous improvement.* Oversee compliance and audit activities related to compensation and benefits, including maintaining global policy documentation.* Support the development and implementation of performance-driven reward systems that align with organizational objectives.* Work closely with Talent Management and Finance to ensure alignment between performance metrics and rewards.* Manage global mobility initiatives, including expatriate compensation and relocation support.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).* 5–7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a regional or global capacity.* Professional certifications such as CCP, GRP, or CEBS are highly desirable.* In-depth understanding of international compensation and benefits practices, including regulatory considerations and cultural differences, especially in Europe.* Experience with Workday and other compensation management tools.* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.* Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project leadership abilities.* Familiarity with both private and public company rewards programs.* Skilled in conducting market research and managing salary surveys.* Comfortable working in a multicultural, global environment; international travel may be required.Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.If this role excites you but you don’t meet each requirement listed, we encourage you to apply anyway.
