Lead Salesforce solution design and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Develop and customize using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
Build and manage Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) for integrations
Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce applications
Implement and support Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
Contribute to technical pre-sales, solution demos, and client presentations
Mentor technical teams and lead workshops with business stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development & consulting experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, REST/SOAP APIs
- Proven background in configuration, customization, and system integration
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong consulting experience with excellent client‑facing communication skills
- Experience mentoring technical teams and leading solution delivery
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
