Job Description
A prestigious law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate for its Denver office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex litigation matters, including product liability, commercial, general liability, and class action cases. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with 3-5 years of Colorado-focused litigation experience. Experience in insurance coverage litigation is a plus, and former federal clerkship experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex litigation cases, including product liability, class action, general liability, and commercial matters.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients in a team-oriented environment.
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on Colorado law.
• Experience in insurance coverage litigation is a plus.
• Former federal clerkship experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 – $350,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors. Discretionary bonuses may also be awarded annually. The firm offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability income protection, transportation allowance, retirement plan, and paid leave programs.
