• We’re hiring an Associate Attorney (2nd–6th year) to join the General Liability & Construction Defect team.

Qualifications

• Experience in general liability and/or construction defect matters

• A license to practice in California

• Preference for Northern CA-based candidates, though open to others across their California offices

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: Up to $180,000

• Bonus: $2,500–$20,000+ based on performance

• Billable target: 1900 hours, including 50 hours of pro bono

• Unlimited PTO, annual review cycle, and year-end comp updates
