This position partners closely with executive team members and senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies and plans that support Altera's goals. As a key HR contributor within the organization, theHRBP is responsible for overseeing critical initiatives and projects at the functional and/or geographic level and providing project leadership for cross-functional and company-wide efforts. The individual in this role plays a pivotal part in supporting and contributing to functional and/or geographic priorities, work plans, and long-term strategies.This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Sr. Director, HR Business Partnering and L&D. **This** **position will work onsite in the San Jose, CA office four days per week.**Serve as an advocate for positive employee experience and partner with Employee Relations to address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. **What We're Looking For** 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar capacity in a fast-paced technology space. **Experience working with Sales functions is a plus.**Strong business acumen, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders. Proficiency in using HR analytics and metrics to drive decision-making.Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence.
