Altera . is a strategic role that focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. This position partners closely with executive team members and senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies and plans that support Altera's goals. As a key HR contributor within the organization, theHRBP is responsible for overseeing critical initiatives and projects at the functional and/or geographic level and providing project leadership for cross-functional and company-wide efforts. The individual in this role plays a pivotal part in supporting and contributing to functional and/or geographic priorities, work plans, and long-term strategies.This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Sr. Director, HR Business Partnering and L&D. **This** **position will work onsite in the San Jose, CA office four days per week.**Serve as an advocate for positive employee experience and partner with Employee Relations to address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner.The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. **What We're Looking For** 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant experience as an HR Business Partner or similar capacity in a fast-paced technology space. **Experience working with Sales functions is a plus.**Strong business acumen, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders. Proficiency in using HR analytics and metrics to drive decision-making.Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence.
