Position Overview The President of Home Care will serve as the senior operational and growth leader for a multi-state, multi-territory home care organization with a franchise-based model. This executive will be responsible for driving scalable growth, operational excellence, and consistent performance across numerous franchise locations while preserving quality of care, compliance, and culture. This role requires a proven home care operator with deep franchise experience, strong sales and growth acumen, and the ability to lead through systems, metrics, and people. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable driving topline growth as they are rolling up their sleeves to optimize operations across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities Enterprise Leadership & Strategy Lead and execute the overall operational and growth strategy for a multi-state, franchise-based home care platform Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to align operational performance with long-term strategic goals Serve as a trusted leader to franchise owners, regional leaders, and corporate teams
Franchise & Multi-Territory Operations Oversee day-to-day operations across numerous franchise territories and states Ensure consistency in service delivery, clinical quality, compliance, and brand standards Develop and enforce scalable operating systems, SOPs, and best practices across all locations Drive performance accountability through KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards
Sales, Growth & Market Expansion Bring strong sales leadership to drive census growth, referral development, and market expansion Optimize franchise-level sales processes, business development efforts, and community outreach strategies Support new territory launches, acquisitions, and franchise onboarding as the organization scales Partner with marketing and sales leadership to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and operational capacity
People & Culture Leadership Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional and operational leadership teams Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement Support franchise owners in talent development, leadership coaching, and succession planning
Financial & Performance Management Own operational performance across the enterprise, including revenue growth, margins, and cost controls Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecasting, and unit-level profitability Identify operational efficiencies while maintaining high-quality care and compliance standards
Compliance & Quality Ensure all territories operate in compliance with state and federal home care regulations Maintain high standards of care quality, caregiver engagement, and client satisfaction Proactively manage risk and regulatory changes across multiple states
Required Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in home care , with demonstrated success at the executive or senior operations level Proven franchise experience , including supporting, scaling, and holding franchise operators accountable Extensive
multi-site and multi-state operational leadership
experience Strong
sales and growth background , with the ability to drive census growth and market penetration Track record as a
true operator —hands-on, data-driven, and systems-oriented Deep understanding of home care regulations, payer mix, caregiver workforce challenges, and operational scalability Experience leading through KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
