A mission-driven, fast-growing behavioral health organization is seeking a Director, Licensed Psychologist to lead its national autism diagnostics program. Key Responsibilities Lead Program Operations: Oversee the full scope of autism diagnostic services, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple states. Team Building & Clinical Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a national team of licensed psychologists, guiding them in best practices for evidence-based autism assessments. Clinical Excellence: Set and uphold standards for evaluation procedures, with a strong emphasis on ADOS-2 administration, scoring, and interpretation for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, compliance, billing, and operations teams to implement scalable systems and expand access to care. Strategic Expansion: Support the organization’s mission to reach underserved populations by driving service growth into new geographic markets. Compliance & Quality Improvement: Maintain clinical and operational compliance across licensing bodies and payer requirements, including Medicaid and private insurers.

Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology. Active, unrestricted psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with PSYPACT eligibility or willingness to pursue it. Extensive experience conducting autism diagnostic evaluations using ADOS-2 and other cognitive, adaptive, and developmental assessments. Proven leadership experience in clinical operations, diagnostic program development, or telehealth behavioral health settings. Strong grasp of DSM-5 criteria, with ability to translate clinical findings into family-friendly language and actionable next steps. Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work platforms, EHR systems, and teleconsultation best practices. Preferred Experience Multi-state licensure or prior work within a PSYPACT framework. Experience building or scaling diagnostic services within pediatric or neurodevelopmental-focused care settings. Background in compliance and payer credentialing for behavioral health services. Demonstrated ability to lead peer consultation, continuing education, or clinical supervision.
