ChrisitanaCare is hiring an Occupational Therapy Supervisor to provide Occupational Therapy services to individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease. In this position, you will assist the Manager of Occupational Therapy and Director of Rehabilitation with the supervision and direction of the occupational therapy team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Provides direct clinical evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Occupational Therapy Assists with day-to-day operations of the Occupational Therapy Department across all campuses Offers clinical oversight and leadership for therapy staff and programming Manages staff performance, development, and compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory guidelines Evaluates therapy programs and leads performance improvement initiatives Promotes excellence in patient and family-centered care and responds to concerns promptly Maintains current knowledge of therapy regulations and educates staff as needed Provides professional consultation on patient goals, equipment, and discharge recommendations Supports student programming and academic collaborations Adheres to safety and infection control policies and reports hazards promptly
Education and Experience Requirements: MS or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Delaware (or eligibility for licensure) CPR Certification required AOTA membership preferred An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted

Annual Compensation Range $100,152.00 - $160,243.20
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
