Phlebotomist I
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with rotational weekends.
Pay range: $22.65 - $26.90 per hour. Salary offers are based on experience and qualifications, and successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures (including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams). Maintain appropriate phlebotomy logs.
Administer oral solutions as trained.
Verify test/client orders using lab technology systems, client contacts, and approved tools.
Use a computer to accurately enter data, billing information, and collect payments when required. Follow corporate policies.
Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport.
Perform non‑patient facing duties (inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, email).
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
Complete online and in‑person training courses on time.
Qualifications
Must hold a state phlebotomy license (Quest does not accept NHA licenses in CA, WA, NV).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training preferred (medical assistant or paramedic). Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.
One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Proof of COVID‑19 vaccination required.
Position requires effective communication in English.
