Our North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Marketing Teams are responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of brands – ensuring that each brand connects deeply with local consumers in ways that scale globally. Role Overview Leads the strategic growth agenda for a regional brand in NAOU owning the brand bundle (product, package, value proposition) and driving consumer relevance, equity, and growth. This role leads Topo Chico, one of the fastest growing brands within TCCC portfolio, on a path to reach 1B in retail sales in the US by 2027, delivering against the overall brand vision and business objectives through integration of innovation, strategic envisioning, and tech-enabled marketing execution. Key Responsibilities Leads Development of annual business plans and multi-year brand growth strategies inclusive of shaping the 5-year rolling innovation pipeline. Owns the brand bundle flywheel across product, package, and value proposition driving commercialization of brand positioning, consumer communications/messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives. Lead brand positioning, equity-building initiatives, and resource allocation decisions. Partners withinternal (e.g.Innovation Team, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Retail) and external (e.g.customers, bottlers, suppliers)stakeholdersto develop new and/or improved products,packagingand programsto meet consumer needs,deliver againstbrand objectives. Leverage AI-powered foresights and predictive analytics to inform decisions and accelerate speed to market. Track and report performance metrics, ensuring delivery against volume, revenue, and share objectives. Provides direct reports with leadership, direction, prioritization and coaching to achieve work objectives, improve performance and skills and achieve career goals. Champion AI literacy, MarTech adoption, and agile ways of working. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership in CPG or beverage industry. Proven success in brand management, innovation, and portfolio strategy. Strong understanding of the system, RGM, supply and commercial integration. FSOP understanding is a plus. Strong understanding of building a brand both as a leader and as a challenger. Understand how to build a brand leveraging local activation to drive brand edge is a plus. Experience with MarTech & AI tools, and data-driven marketing & selling. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 30 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
