Our client, a well-established IT staffing firm with multiple offices across Massachusetts, is expanding its Boston team with two key hires: a Technical Recruiter and an Account Executive .
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, growing company that partners with clients across industries to fill roles such as software developers, project managers, cybersecurity specialists, and IT support professionals.
What You’ll Do
Technical Recruiter
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech professionals.
Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
Manage the candidate experience from first contact through placement.
Account Executive
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the IT space.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target accounts.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate hiring trends and workforce strategies.
Who You Are
Experience and success in the staffing industry, specifically within a staffing agency, ideally with a focus in IT or technical recruiting.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Motivated by results, team success, and personal growth.
Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating and building long-term relationships.
A self-starter who thrives with autonomy but values teamwork.
