SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive human resources support for two affiliated organizations: Eagle Title, a leading title and settlement company, and Liff Walsh & Simmons, a respected law firm. This role ensures smooth HR operations across both companies, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing priorities across two dynamic professional environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling for both companies.
Manage new hire onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, employment agreements, and orientation sessions.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems for both organizations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations (including real estate/title and legal requirements).
Benefits Administration
Support benefits enrollment and assist employees with questions.
Liaise with benefits providers and ensure timely updates for both companies.
HR Support
Prepare HR reports, assist with payroll coordination, and support performance review processes.
Coordinate training programs and continuing education requirements for attorneys and title professionals.
Employee Engagement
Organize company events, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
1-3 years of HR or administrative experience; experience in professional services or real estate/title industry preferred.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to support two distinct organizations
Salary Range: $45,000-65,000/year
