Executive Assistant KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high‑end engineering and advanced technology solutions to stakeholders in the intelligence and national security communities. In this role you will help protect national security by supporting senior leaders. Responsibilities Executive Support: manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination for the team. Meeting Prep & Briefings: provide senior leaders with concise materials and background information. Project Management: assist with special projects, ensuring on‑time delivery and high standards. Communication Hub: serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Confidentiality & Organization: maintain secure filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion. Follow‑Up & Action Items: ensure timely follow‑ups and clear communication of priorities. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years in an office environment, including at least 4 years providing front‑office support for DoD/IC programs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative and inclusive; productive in a teamwork setting. Adaptable in dynamic environments and self‑starter. Demonstrated diplomatic, organizational, time‑management, critical‑thinking, and interpersonal skills. Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI and willingness to sit for a polygraph upon request. Basic Compensation: $95,300 – $143,000 annual (Maryland area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: Possible bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation per internal policy, including sign‑on, relocation, short‑term and long‑term incentives, and discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
