Position Overview The firm is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its growing finance and client services team. In this role, you will oversee accounting operations for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing both traditional and complex accounting activities. You will play a hands‑on role in driving accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and ensuring compliance while partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records across multiple client engagements. Review and manage month‑end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Supervise and support accounting staff, providing guidance, review, and development. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver financial insights, reporting, and client support. Manage outsourced accounting relationships, including vendor coordination and performance oversight. Review and approve financial statements, management reports, and presentations. Coordinate with external CPAs on tax filings, audits, and compliance‑related matters. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements. Lead initiatives to enhance accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Stay current on accounting standards, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including time in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience supporting multiple clients or operating in an outsourced accounting environment is a plus. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
