Job Description
What You’ll Be Trying (Real Upcoming Trials): You will lead high-stakes litigation from complaint to verdict, working on real cases with upcoming trial dates in 2025 involving catastrophic injuries and high policy limits.
- Case examples include facial fractures, truck crashes, Lyft accidents, and more, with policies ranging from $1M to $10M.
Your Role
You will:
- Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and argue in court
- Mentor junior staff and oversee case teams
- Ensure SOPs and compliance

Qualifications
- 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- 10+ first-chair trials to verdict
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
