- Handle litigation across all stages including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
- Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, and policy documents.
- Stay abreast of developments in employment law and provide proactive counsel to clients.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop practical, business-centered legal solutions.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in labor and employment law, including litigation.
- Experience representing employers in both advisory and litigation contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex matters efficiently.
- Strong commitment to professional excellence and client service.
- Trial experience is a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
