VOYlegal is partnering with the Mineola, NY office of a Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Law Firm to identify a motivated, skilled, and experienced trial attorney to serve as lead counsel in medical malpractice and general negligence cases . The ideal candidate will have significant courtroom experience—whether on the plaintiff or defense side—and a strong desire to advocate for injured clients with skill, integrity, and efficiency. Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on medical malpractice or personal injury litigation.
- Strong knowledge of medicine.
- Documented high six-figure or seven-figure trial verdicts.
- Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
