The Opportunity
As a full‑stack developer, you will solve problems with complete end‑to‑end solutions in a fast, agile environment. This role goes beyond coding – you will master new tools and techniques, identify needed system improvements, and help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches and technologies. You will develop systems from vision to production‑ready quality and ensure the solution aligns with current architecture, operating environment, and future enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain complex software solutions across back‑end and front‑end layers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and deliver high‑quality software.
- Apply Agile methodologies and extreme programming practices to manage product life cycles.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge and best practices.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency with modern programming languages and web development stacks such as Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, or Drupal.
- Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, product management, and software product life‑cycle.
- Strong coding skills for new applications and maintaining existing codebases.
- TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Security+ or CISSP certification (preferred).
Nice If You Have
- Experience with automated testing tools for testing and maintenance.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
