Marketing Review Principal

Apex Systems is hiring a Marketing Review Principal for a reputable financial services client. The Onboarding Advisor Communications Supervisory Principal will review and approve marketing materials and public communications for financial professionals and their staff prior to affiliation with the client.

Base pay range : $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve marketing materials and other public communications for financial professionals and their staff.
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA 2210, SEC, and state rules/regulations related to communications.
  • Provide guidance and redline communications, such as business cards, letterheads, websites, email signatures, and other marketing collateral.

Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience reviewing marketing materials for financial advisors and redlining them.
  • Strong knowledge of FINRA 2210, SEC, and state rules/regulations related to communications.
  • Series 7 and Series 24 licenses are required.
