Senior Solution Architect – GenAI

This highly strategic and hands‑on role is for an experienced technologist ready to lead the design and delivery of production‑ready Generative AI (GenAI) solutions and intelligent agents .
About the Role
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will guide the end‑to‑end strategy, design, and implementation of GenAI systems tailored to real‑world use cases in financial services. You’ll shape architecture for intelligent agent frameworks, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and scalable multi‑agent systems while ensuring enterprise readiness in terms of compliance, governance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise‑scale Generative AI solutions and intelligent agents for mission‑critical financial use cases
- Design RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and orchestration strategies that handle contextual memory, vector similarity, and modular prompts
- Build MVPs and PoCs hands‑on to validate new architectures and use cases
- Evaluate and select appropriate LLMs, embedding models, and frameworks, aligned to performance benchmarks and compliance standards
- Collaborate across data, security, product, and engineering teams to translate complex business goals into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and data governance policies in high‑trust environments
Required Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise‑level solution architecture
- 2+ years of hands‑on GenAI experience, including successful delivery of production‑ready GenAI or agent‑based systems
- Deep knowledge of agentic architectures, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multi‑agent coordination
- Strong coding ability in Python, with familiarity in TypeScript or C# for prototyping
- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS
- Fluency with modern AI platforms including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Vertex AI, and Anthropic
- Background in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, insurance) with attention to data privacy and AI compliance frameworks
